Power end: The shell is of welding structure made of steel plates, and internal stress is eliminated after welding. The power end drive gear is a transmission gear, which runs smoothly with high efficiency and a long service time. Crankshaft is a hollow one-piece casting. Power end is splash lubrication.
Fluid end: the suction valve and the discharge valve conform to ASA and API specifications. It adopts clamp connection between the piston rod and the intermediate rod. The valve seat bores have a bottom shoulders to prevent the sinking of the valve seat. The pistons and cylinder sleeves are spray lubricated and cooled, which allow an extended service
life.
