Crown Block

The Crown Blocks conform to API Spec 4F, 8A/8C. The sheaves grooves are hardened forimproved service life of the sheaves. All sheaveshave double-row conical roller bearings andeach bearing has individual lubricating channel.

Travelling Hook Block Assembly

The hook block assembly conforms to API Spec. 8A /8C. The shafts of travelling block are forged with alloy steel and provided with a lubrication hole of bearing for one sheave. The sheaves grooves are hardened for improved service life of the sheaves. All sheaves have double-row conical roller bearings and each bearing has individual lubricating channel.

Swivel

The Swivels conforms to API Spec. 8A /8C. The swivels with standard bails and double pin alloy steel sub. The wash pipe and the packing assembly are cartridge type and can be replaced on the floor without disconnecting the rotary hose and/or gooseneck.

The above-mention swivels have spinners (dual-perpose) and no spinners. H in model means high pressure.

Rotary Tables

The rotary tables conform to API Spec. 7K. The pinion and the gear are made of alloy steel. The split type master bushing is made from a steel casting. Two transmission types (Kelly and pin) are available. Pin transmission type is suitable for API standard square Kelly or hexagonal Kelly roller bushing.Long and short slips are applicable. With API casing bushings and special sling.

Drawworks

Mechanical Driven Drawworks

  • Bearings are rolling ones and shafts are made of alloy steel. Chains with high accuracy and high strength are pressure lubricated.
  • On the drum there is a spiral groove. The low-speed & high-speed ends of drum shaft are equipped with a ventilating air clutch.
  • The contours of the sprocket teeth are intermediate frequency quenched.
  • Drawworks transmission: 4(F) and 2 (R) or 6 (F) and 2 (R). Gear-shifting mode: pneumatic tube clutch or cylinder shifting.
  • Either band brake or disc brake is regarded as main brake and either eddy current brake or Eaton brake(water or air cooled) is regarded as auxiliary brake.
  • Equipped with auto feed driller or emergency motor.

DC Motor Driven Drawworks

  • Bearings are roller ones and shafts are made of alloy steel.
  • On the drum there is a spiral groove. The low-speed & high-speed ends of drum shaft are equipped with a ventilating air clutch.
  • The hydraulic disc brake is regarded as main brake. The disc brake is water or air cooled.
  • Either eddy current brake or Eaton break (air & water cooled) is considered as an auxiliary brake.
  • Drawworks transmission: 4(F) and 4 (R).
  • Gear-shifting mode: cylinder
  • Chain drive structure.
  • Chains are pressure lubricated and bearings are greased. Integral or split construction.
  • An auto feed driller with motor is available.

  • The drawworks is of single-shaft type and the drum is grooved.
  • Two-stage gear reducer. Gear-shifting: manual or auto
  • The gear is pressure lubricated.
  • Bearings are roller ones and shafts are made of alloy steel. The hydraulic disc brake is considered as main brake. The disc brake is water or air cooled.
  • The motor dynamic braking is considered as auxiliary brake. Auto feed driller is available.

3NB-Series Mud Pumps

Power end: The shell is of welding structure made of steel plates, and internal stress is eliminated after welding. The power end drive gear is a transmission gear, which runs smoothly with high efficiency and a long service time. Crankshaft is a hollow one-piece casting. Power end is splash lubrication.

Fluid end: the suction valve and the discharge valve conform to ASA and API specifications. It adopts clamp connection between the piston rod and the intermediate rod. The valve seat bores have a bottom shoulders to prevent the sinking of the valve seat. The pistons and cylinder sleeves are spray lubricated and cooled, which allow an extended service
life.
